Wrap It Up In Jax brings the creations of Chef Kobe Fedida to the streets of Jacksonville. Chef Fedida studied at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and the Tadmore Academy in Tel Aviv before coming to Jacksonville where he’s worked as Executive Sous Chef at some of the top local country clubs.
The vision of Wrap It Up Jax is to deliver innovative, healthy street food, with an emphasis on local produce and hand made creations. Breakfast will feature build-your-own crepes, while a variety of creative wraps and salad bowls will be served for lunch and dinner. Hand made Sweet Potato Chips and Pineapple Slaw are available as sides.
